About the estate:
Originally from Chablis, Stéphane Brocard left the family estate founded by his father in 2007 to set up his own wine business in Longvic, just south of Dijon. He offers an attractive range of wines from around ten Burgundy appellations.

A lovely, well-balanced Chardonnay. The palate is smooth and flavorful, following a clean, rich nose. Superb with frog legs in parsley sauce.
