Winery rated 1 star (A high-quality, recommended wine that lives up to what one would expect from its appellation(s))

About the estate:

This is a 12-hectare family-run estate founded in 1971 by the Flandre family, comprising exclusively Premier Cru vineyards in the Montagny appellation. Yann, the second son, joined the estate in 2014, bringing with him the Montorge vineyard, which is under the family’s sole ownership. Harvesting is mechanical; most of the wines are aged in tanks with a gradual introduction of 500-liter barrels for the monopole and steam-heated barrels for the Les-Coères. The quality of the wines improves every year, and we encourage Montagny enthusiasts to keep an eye on this estate.
