To taste Olivier Leflaive's wines, it is advisable to make a reservation at his table d'hôte in the center of Puligny, where you can enjoy a peaceful meal paired with wine. You can also stay overnight, with rooms overlooking the vineyard. The wines sold by the négociant are always of the highest quality thanks to Franck Grux's experience and technical talent, which enable him to achieve great precision of style and negotiate delicate vintages such as 2012. Since 2011, the estate's wines have taken their place following Olivier's legacy, allowing you to taste Puligny's premier and grand crus. The 2013 vintage is superbly interpreted.
