To taste Olivier Leflaive’s wines, we recommend making a reservation at his table d’hôte in the center of Puligny, where you can enjoy a leisurely pairing of food and wine. Overnight accommodations are also available, with rooms overlooking the vineyards. The wines from the merchant’s selection are always top-notch thanks to Franck Grux’s experience and technical skill, which allow for great precision in style and the ability to handle delicate vintages like 2012. Since 2011, the estate’s wines have taken their place following Olivier’s legacy, allowing you to taste Puligny’s Premier and Grand Crus. The 2013 vintage is superbly executed.

Delicious with lobster bisque. Excellent value for the price. A well-balanced wine—I should have bought several cases.
