Rated estate (2023 guide) 4 stars (Producers of very high quality, those who are the pride of French vineyards)
About the estate:
The ambitious and consistent renovation of the vineyard and cellar decided by Jean-Jacques Parinet is now yielding the expected results. Progress has been rapid and production continues to dominate the appellation. He can rely on a talented team, including Édouard Parinet, their cellar master Brice Lafon, and their communications manager Morgane Chambriard. He is a key player for the appellation and the region, a formidable ambassador who creates value and image in France and around the world.

Rated estate (2023 guide) 1*Star (Up-and-coming stars or quality winemakers producing good-quality wines; you won't be disappointed when tasting the wines from these estates)
About wine:
Both tense and full-bodied, Pouilly-Fuissé stands out for its elegant palate and well-controlled aging.
About the estate:
Since its acquisition by the Parinet family in 2009, this vast estate has invested heavily in human resources in order to rejuvenate the Moulin-à-Vent, as Château des Jacques did in its day. In a modern Gamay style, with long and well-managed aging in wood, the numerous single-vineyard cuvées express the complexity and diversity of the soils. With 2016 came the estate's first white vines (4.5 hectares) in the Mâcon and Pouilly-Fuissé appellations under the name Roc des Boutires.
