Château du Moulin-à-Vent

Château du Moulin-à-Vent is located in the heart of the prestigious Moulin-à-Vent appellation in the far south of Burgundy. Led by Jean-Jacques Parinet, his approach is guided by respect for this exceptional heritage and a commitment to excellence in the production of the estate’s wines. He is supported by Brice Laffond, estate manager and cellar master at Château du Moulin-à-Vent.

Its 30-hectare estate comprises 91 plots of exceptional quality, belonging to the appellation’s finest terroirs (Le Champ de Cour, La Rochelle, Les Vérillats, Les Thorins, La Roche, Les Caves...). Château du Moulin-à-Vent practices sustainable viticulture using natural soil amendments, manual weeding, and minimal use of chemicals. The grapes are harvested by hand into small containers to prevent any crushing of the berries and oxidation of the juice. Thanks to a meticulous approach in the vineyard and the cellar, Château du Moulin-à-Vent produces superb wines that offer a wealth of sensory experiences, revealing each terroir with finesse and elegance, vintage after vintage.
