J.A. Ferret Estate
Domaine Ferret, located in the heart of the most renowned vineyards of the Fuissé amphitheater, was founded in 1840. Louis Jadot acquired this 18-hectare estate in 2008. Today, Audrey Braccini carries on the estate’s tradition of winemaking.

The estate’s vineyards cover a total of 17 hectares within the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. The range of rock types in Fuissé is the most extensive in the appellation, and Domaine Ferret, whose plots are spread throughout the Fuissé region, is one of its finest ambassadors: The soils can be thin, derived from hard limestone, possibly with shell fragments; they can also be clayey, derived from marl, schist, or volcanic-sedimentary sandstone.

At Domaine Ferret, making a great wine means above all respecting heritage, the land, and the people—those who drink the wine and those who cultivate the vines. The vines and the surrounding wildlife are closely monitored, and the presence of beneficial insects is encouraged. Plowed, sometimes left with cover crops, but always listened to, each vine at Domaine Ferret is tended according to its specific needs. A tailored approach is therefore essential.
