About the estate:

Winegrowers since 1854, based in a small valley near the Marne Valley, the Payers are proud to be among the twenty-four founders of the Coopérative régionale des vins de Champagne in 1962 (see Jacquart, de Castelnau), which still produces two of their cuvées, even though they have since become independent producers. In 2019, Ghislain Payer passed the 4-hectare vineyard on to his daughter Élise.
