"A vintage wine at an attractive price, with beautiful suppleness and incredible purity!"

"Half white, half black (with both Pinots), lightly dosed, born of a sunny year, a vintage combining smoothness and clarity, with a palette reflecting a happy evolution (hazelnut, toast alongside citrus fruits)." (Le Guide Hachette 2025)

About wine:

Half white, half black (with both Pinots), lightly dosed, born of a sunny year, a vintage combining smoothness and clarity, with a palette reflecting a happy evolution (hazelnut, toasted bread alongside citrus fruits).

About the estate:

Winegrowers since 1854, established in a small valley near the Marne Valley, the Payers are proud to be among the twenty-four founders of the Regional Champagne Wine Cooperative in 1962 (see Jacquart, de Castelnau), which still produces two of their cuvées, even though they have become independent winegrowers. In 2019, Ghislain Payer handed over the 4-hectare vineyard to his daughter Élise.
