4-star estate (Producers of very high quality, the pride of French vineyards)
About wine:
Rosé Solera made from an original red wine Solera, giving it an inimitable character.
About the estate:
This beautiful cellar with ultra-modern facilities on the outskirts of Reims operates with the rigor and seriousness of a traditional house, which is reflected in the care taken with the range. The supplies are marked by the northern sectors of the Montagne de Reims, which is reflected in the integrity of the cuvées, from the successful blanc de blancs to the Solera rosé, made from an original solera of red wine, which gives it an inimitable character. The vintages age to perfection here and are put back on the market after a few more years in the cellar.

About the estate:
Champagne Palmer & Co is an offshoot of the Société Coopérative des Grands Crus de la Champagne, established in Avize in 1947. The Palmer & Co brand was created the following year in 1948. The founders were seven winegrowers who owned vineyards in the premier and grand cru areas of the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. The cooperative moved to Reims in 1959 and began to expand into other vineyards such as Sézanne and the Riceys region. As a result, the symbolic milestone of one million bottles of champagne was reached in the 1980s.

About wine:
NV Brut Rosé Solera is a blend of 46% Chardonnay, 37% Pinot Noir, and 17% Pinot Meunier. Its color comes from the addition of 9% red wine aged in solera. Soft notes of strawberry and cream emerge from this pale pink wine. The palate offers lively, slightly creamy mousse and vibrant freshness, supported by a gentle autolysis of rye bread and a tender resonance of fruit from the reserve wines. With its predominance of Chardonnay and its slender, taut body, it is a perfect aperitif style of rosé Champagne.

About wine:
Beneath a beautiful salmon-colored robe lies a subtle, honeyed nose with mineral freshness, which continues on the palate with rounder notes of melon and an acidity that lingers through to the finish.
