Palmer & Co is , above all, a story of men and women who have nurtured a passion for the vineyard, the terroir, and wine since 1947. Seven winemakers founded this renowned Champagne house, which has become a benchmark in the industry today.
The Palmer & Co vineyard spans 415 hectares across some forty Crus in the Montagne de Reims. The Côte de Sézanne, Côte des Bar, and Vallée de la Marne regions complete this mosaic of terroirs. The entire vineyard is managed with the utmost respect for the environment. The House is committed to sustainable viticulture that respects both people and nature.
The Cellar Master and his four oenologists are the guardians of the Palmer & Co style ; they watch over the wines of yesterday, today, and tomorrow with sensitivity and passion. The champagnes remain in contact with their yeast deposits for many years, and the slow aging on lees imparts the finesse and aromatic complexity characteristic of Palmer champagnes.
