Palmer & Co’s vineyards span 415 hectares across some forty crus in the Montagne de Reims. The regions of the Côte de Sézanne, the Côte des Bar, and the Marne Valley round out this mosaic of terroirs. The entire vineyard is managed with the utmost respect for the environment. The House is committed to sustainable viticulture that respects both people and nature.

The Cellar Master and his four oenologists are the guardians of the Palmer & Co style ; with sensitivity and passion, they oversee the wines of yesterday, today, and tomorrow. The champagnes remain in contact with their yeast deposits for many years, and the slow aging on the lees imparts the finesse and aromatic complexity characteristic of Palmer champagnes.
