From the court of the King of France to England, Germany, and Imperial Russia, Chanoine Frères champagne has been served at the most distinguished tables. Beginning in 1787, the House of Chanoine Frères forged strong commercial ties with these royal courts that would endure for centuries. Drawing on this rich heritage, Chanoine Frères sought to pay tribute to the bold and courageous young women of the Russian nobility who contributed to Champagne’s international renown during the exciting Age of Enlightenment. Thus, Tsarine Champagne was conceived.
