From the court of the King of France to England, Germany, and Imperial Russia, Chanoine Frères champagne was served at the most noble tables. Beginning in 1787, Maison Chanoine Frères forged strong commercial ties with these royal courts, which would endure over the centuries. Drawing on this rich history, Maison Chanoine Frères wanted to pay tribute to the bold and courageous young women of the Russian nobility who contributed to the international renown of Champagne during the exciting Age of Enlightenment. Thus, Champagne Tsarine was created.
