"Art in a bottle, whether inside or out: a collector's vintage!"
“Deep garnet red in color. On the nose, aromas of red fruits, such as blackberries and cherries, dominate at first, followed by complex aromas of wild herbs, flowers, and tobacco. On the palate, the tannins are silky and the structure is elegant. A wine to savor with every sip.” (Gilbert & Gaillard 2025) • Limited quantities

About the wine:
A rich and opulent wine with a beautiful tannic texture. Creamy and decidedly hedonistic in style. On the nose, aromas of blackberries, roasted red peppers, and notes of mocha and cream. It offers a generous burst of fruit and flavor, while remaining juicy and lively, with dusty tannins. Very long finish. 81% Carménère, 5% Syrah, and the remainder Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 22 months in oak barrels, 45% of which were new. Ready to drink now or suitable for aging.

About the wine:
The 2022 vintage of “La Piu Belle” was born in 2011, when the producer realized that a portion of his vineyard produced a truly unique Carménère flavor. This led to the creation of a new Carménère-based blend, named “La Piu Belle” and highlighted by artistic illustrations. This vintage is composed of 81% Carménère, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 5% Syrah, with the other grape varieties helping to soften the Carménère’s herbal notes. Aromas of blackberry and woody spices, combined with good body in the mid-palate, give it a medium-bodied concentration that never feels heavy, while well-integrated tannins help extend the finish. After 20 months of aging in French oak barrels—19% of which were Barroir barrels from the estate—the wine displays a magnificent texture combining energy, tension, and juicy notes of blackcurrant, with a hint of graphite and earthiness that lingers on the finish. It could easily age for another 20 years, or even longer, with an ideal drinking window between 2032 and 2040. 2032–2040
