A blend (60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot) harvested by hand and aged for fourteen months in French oak barrels. The nose is reminiscent of licorice and exotic wood with notes of black fruit and spices. On the palate, we find the same complexity with a beautiful structure and a juicy finish.
