"From appetizers to dessert—to make the experience even more enjoyable!"

A true “ Gem ” from the De Peretti della Rocca estate, the Jules Blanc offers a most alluring aromatic profile. Its lovely golden color gives way to a subtle, floral nose accompanied by notes of peach. The attack is lively and fresh, with aromas of candied citrus and rhubarb, followed by a lovely bitter finish. Its spring-like qualities truly charmed our taste buds!

Bettane & Desseauve

Winery rated 1*Star (A high-quality, recommendable production that lives up to what one would expect from its appellation(s))

About the estate:

In addition to running a very charming hotel, this enterprising cousin of another Peretti della Rocca (a long-established local aristocratic family) has revitalized his family’s vineyard heritage and, with sound advice from his cousin Canarelli, meticulously crafts his flagship wine, called Jules.

About the estate:

The Corsican wine industry is home to two Jean-Baptiste de Perettis, who are first cousins; both are based in Figari, at the southern tip of Corsica, in vineyards located a few kilometers apart. This estate is the newer of the two. Founded in 2017, it spans 40 hectares of land—including nearly 15 hectares of vineyards—and serves a dual purpose: winemaking and tourism, with guest rooms available.

A great white wine and a wonderful, elegant surprise. A truly beautiful expression of Vermentino.
