"All the soul of Bonifacia in one vintage!

"New cuvée with a quartet dominated by Sciacarellu, completed by Niellucciu, Minustellu and Carcaghjolu Neru. Colorful, deep carmine, it reveals fine floral aromas with a smoky touch and restrained ageing. On the palate, the juice is fine and concentrated, very pure, marked by wild raspberries and that much-appreciated silky mouthfeel of tannins. Digestible, pure, well-balanced, a bottle that should be seen to evolve positively over the next five years". (Le Guide RVF 2025)

Wine rated (2025 guide) 94/100

Domaine rated (guide 2025) 3*Stars (High-quality production that can serve as a benchmark in its sector)

About the domain :

Citrus grower Christian Zuria has gone from clementines to Bonifacio wine. With the planting of the incredible Spinella parcel, on a large and exciting terroir, the Zuria family now has an elite vineyard (3.5 hectares). The first wines from the Stintinu (limestone and granite in complementary bands) and Musella parcels demonstrate the strength of the terroir. The domaine has taken on the Burgundian Jean-Pierre Confuron as an advisor, which will undoubtedly enable the red wines to continue to progress. The white wines rival those of Tarra di Sogno.

About the domain :

Christian Zuria began planting in the historic Santa Manza area in 2013. With the help of his wife Nadine and son Yvan, he has accomplished a titanic task. With its demanding viticultural approach, this young estate is pursuing its development, with a spectacular winery at the foot of the vines and a tasting cellar on the outskirts of Bonifacio in 2021. Vermentino and sciaccarellu are well suited to this unique limestone area overlooking the town. They are also responsible for the Aria range, made from purchased grapes: accessible wines in a lighter style than those of the estate.
