"A splendid rosé to enjoy all summer long!"

Favorite real Favorite this AOP Sartène rosé! Head to Corsica, where the vines grow with a view of the mountains. Fruitiness and freshness are the main characteristics of this flavorful rosé. Enjoy it in summer or winter, with sushi or a charcuterie platter (Corsican if possible!).

Bettane & Desseauve

Winery rated 1*Star (A serious, recommendable production, consistent with what one would expect from its appellation(s))

About the estate:

The vineyard is located in the heart of the magnificent Ortolo Valley and produces wines that are precise and well-made, but lack the individuality of the best. We particularly recommend the rosé, which perfectly meets expectations.

Wine rating (2025 guide) 91/100 (2023 vintage)

Rated estate (2024 guide) 1*Star (Up-and-coming stars or quality winemakers producing good-quality wines; you won't be disappointed when tasting the wines from these estates)

About the estate:

Created in 2000, this estate located in the enchanting setting of the Ortolo Valley has been entirely planted with 16 hectares of vines surrounded by scrubland, a privileged location where mountains meet hills. The first certified organic vintage here was 2005. Élisabeth Quilichini's work is bearing fruit, producing a rosé, a white and two reds of excellent quality, aged in large oak barrels and capable of aging well. The estate has successfully evolved towards reds with an infused and fragrant character, earning a well-deserved first star last year.
