"A splendid rosé to enjoy all summer long!"

A true “ Favorite ” for this Sartène AOP rosé! Head to Corsica, where the vines grow with a view of the mountains. Fruitiness and freshness are the defining characteristics of this flavorful rosé. Enjoy it in both summer and winter, paired with sushi or a charcuterie platter (from Corsica, if possible!).

Winery rated 1*Star (A high-quality, recommendable production that lives up to what one would expect from its appellation(s))

About the estate:

The vineyard is located in the heart of the magnificent Ortolo Valley and produces wines that are precise and well-crafted, though they lack the distinct character of the very best. We especially recommend the rosé, which perfectly meets expectations.

Wine rated (2026 guide) 92/100 (2024 vintage)

Rated estate (2024 guide) 1*Star (Rising stars or high-quality winemakers producing wines of a good standard—you won’t be disappointed when you taste the wines from these estates)

About the estate:

Established in 2000, this estate, located in the enchanting setting of the Ortolo Valley, has been fully planted with 16 hectares of vineyards surrounded by scrubland—a unique setting where the mountains meet the hills. The first certified organic vintage produced here was the 2005. Élisabeth Quilichini’s work is bearing fruit, producing a rosé, a white, and two reds of excellent quality, aged in large oak casks and capable of aging well. The estate has successfully evolved toward reds with rich, fragrant character, and last year it earned its first well-deserved star.
