In temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks maintained between 30 and 33°C, using indigenous yeasts, each grape variety is vinified separately; the Sangiovese is left to ferment for 22 days, the Merlot for 25 days, and the Malvasia Nera for 26 days; after racking, malolactic fermentation takes place in barrels.

A tight, polished red with a beautiful texture of firm, polished, yet well-integrated tannins. It is full-bodied and displays many subtle notes of black fruit and chocolate. There are also hints of nuts. A flavorful finish. A bit tight at the end, but already truly delicious. A serious young Gran Selezione. Drink now or celller.
