"An Arbois of rare intensity, blossoming majestically on the palate, rich in flavor (Parmesan...) and panache, very Arboisian!" (RVF)"

"The 2017 Vin Jaune d'Arbois is a delight. Pronounced notes of walnuts, toasted almonds, dried lemon zest and a touch of bread crust take center stage. Despite its full-bodied, concentrated richness, the 2017 is very well balanced by metallic acidity, with a beautifully elegant finish and a slightly salty touch." (Vinous 2025)

About the wine:

Light yellow, this sailing wine is bright to the eye. Open, the nose is very fresh. Classic in style, the palate appears balanced, with fine acidity and a touch of minerality forming a lovely backbone. A discreet but very fine wine.

Domaine noté (guide 2024) Sélectionné (We remind you that this guide is a prize list and as such, all the estates that appear in it, even without a star, represent, in our eyes, the excellence of French production).

About the wine:

An Arbois of rare intensity, which opens out majestically on the palate, rich in flavor (Parmesan...) and panache, very Arboisian!

About the domain :

This historic estate based in Passenans was given a second birth when Emmanuel Grand and his partner Nathalie, daughter of Arbois winemakers, took it over in 2015, considerably reducing the vineyard area and deciding to convert to organic farming. The results are not long in coming, and the range, which embraces all Jura specialties, grows every year. "I like to master in order to know," asserts the rigorous Emmanuel Grand: his credo is perfectly illustrated in the very clean wines, full of brilliance, greed and character. The future belongs to them.
