"Wilted Savagnin and Savagnin under veil in a balanced duo".

"A non-vintage blend of Savagnin ouillé and Savagnin vieilli sous voile. It's in the spirit of traditional white wines, but with the Chardonnay replaced by wetted Savagnin. It's a winning choice: the typical nose takes us on a merry, intense ride through hazelnut, curry and fennel, with a hint of Comté. Structured, rich and very fresh, the palate evolves in a typical aromatic register of cooked apple and walnut". (Le Guide Hachette 2025)
