Notes of baked apples, rhubarb, and stone fruit on the nose of La Sansée, a dry cider with no added sulfites, followed by wild hints after aeration. Very fine, lively bubbles accompany the rich, intense palate, with aromas of fresh apple compote and wild notes of cut hay and fresh wood. The lovely finish, balanced between tannins and acidity, lingers beautifully. Definitely worth trying!
