On the nose, La Sansée—a brut cider with no added sulfites—offers notes of baked apples, rhubarb, and stone fruits, followed by wild hints after aeration. Very fine, lively bubbles accompany the rich and intense palate, featuring aromas of fresh applesauce, with wild notes of cut hay and fresh wood. The lovely finish, with a balance between tannins and acidity, lingers beautifully. A must-try!
