Domaine Le Conte des Floris

All of the vineyards at Domaine Le Conte des Floris are cultivated using certified organic farming methods, without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers. The grapes are harvested by hand, as is the pressing, which is carried out using a vertical press. In the winery, winemaking is conducted as naturally as possible, using indigenous yeasts and very limited amounts of sulfur. Le Conte des Floris strives to be as non-interventionist as possible, both in the vineyard and in the winery, with the goal of best expressing the terroir of Pézenas.

The Le Conte des Floris estate offers a range of 8 wines: 3 white wines under the Languedoc appellation and 5 red wines, 4 of which are from the Languedoc Pézenas appellation.
