Wine rated (2026 guide) 92/100

Domaine rated (guide 2026) 3*Stars (High-quality production that can serve as a benchmark in its sector)

About the wine:

The original white Les Mûriers is intended for gastronomy. 2024 is the best vintage we've tasted recently.

About the domain :

This Valflaunès estate, located in the shadow of the impressive Pic Saint-Loup, was one of the pioneers of the qualitative revival in Languedoc. Xavier, the new generation of the Bruguière family, is exploring biodynamics and achieving results in fresh, structured, gourmet reds. The original white Les Mûriers is destined for gastronomy. The domaine has made the courageous decision to sell part of its vineyards to refocus on the historic family lands between the Pic and the Hortus massif. We love the sense of balance of its reds and white Les Mûriers.

Guide Hachette des vins

Domaine noté (guide 2025) Award-winning wines (The wines of this producer are regularly awarded by the guide)

About the domain :

Mas Bruguière is reached by a sublime road winding between the cliffs of the Hortus and the Pic Saint-Loup. After succeeding his father Guilhem in 1999, Xavier Bruguière (seventh generation) converted the family estate and its 11 ha of vines to organic farming.

Wine rated (2026 guide) 90/100

Domaine rated (guide 2026) 1*Star (Stars in the making or quality winemakers with good production levels, you won't be disappointed when you taste the wines from these estates)

About the wine:

The tart fruitiness of rolle and the bitterness of roussanne melt into Mûriers, a thirst-quenching white with the generosity of Languedoc on the mid-palate.

About the domain :

This historic 12-hectare estate extends over two areas: Rocher de la Bergère, directly beneath the Hortus cliff, and La Plaine, a north-facing terroir beneath the Pic Saint-Loup. Xavier Bruguière represents the seventh generation at the head of the estate. The vines are very well tended, and the wines are open and elegant, with no loss of ageing potential.
