"A magnificent Cabardès with an amazing value for the price!"

“The first wine produced by Florent Rouanet and the first from the ‘ Favorite ’ vineyard. For a debut, it’s a masterstroke! The deep black color sets the tone for this fiery, sun-kissed red, with a nose brimming with overripe black fruits, prunes, and spices. A rich, full-bodied attack gives way to a pulpy, meaty mid-palate, supported by very well-integrated tannins. Rich, flavorful, and already well-rounded, it’s a delight paired with a well-glazed shoulder of lamb.” (Le Guide Hachette 2027).
