Clos de l'Anhel

Sophie Guiraudon, a winemaker, settled on these lands in the Corbières region in 2000 after working at other wineries. The Clos de l’Anhel vineyard spans 12 hectares, situated at the foot of the Alaric, on limestone hillsides rising to 300 meters and surrounded by thriving biodiversity. From the outset, Sophie Guiraudon adopted organic farming practices, using liquid manure and herbal infusions. She planted 200 trees and installed nesting boxes for chickadees and bats (major insect predators).
