"Thierry Tastu has selected and blended Syrah (55%), Grenache (25%), old Carignan and Mourvèdre (10% each) to produce this deep-colored cuvée with violet highlights. After an initial, slightly wild nose, the palette turns to plum jam, violets and a hint of oak (fermentation was completed in barrels). The ample attack opens onto a palate that is voluminous, round and subtle, sustained by tannins with a patina of toasted, cocoa-flavored flavors. A rich, distinguished and pleasant wine". Lovely fruitiness accompanied by good length on the palate. Too bad the mid-palate is so hollow, as if there were an imbalance in this wine.

A little disappointed. The wine is not very accomplished. A little bitter on the finish.

fruity, with blackcurrant in the main, but also morello cherry and a strawberry finish. Full-bodied and velvety, a very good Q/P ratio for lovers of this type of wine.

Perhaps it lacks persistence compared to other Corbières, but in my opinion a good wine without a doubt.
