Château Pech-Latt

Château Pech-Latt is a vast 350-hectare estate, 160 hectares of which are vineyards, primarily classified under the Corbières AOP. Nestled within a ring of hills at the foot of the Montagne d’Alaric, the Château Pech-Latt vineyard is situated on a unique terroir characterized by rich and varied biodiversity. Today, Château Pech-Latt is embarking on a new chapter in its history with the arrival of its new estate manager, Marc-Simon Boyer, who draws on the estate’s heritage while bringing a rigorous approach to the work, supported by the men and women involved from the vineyard to the cellar.

Château Pech-Latt is among the pioneers of organic farming (Ecocert-certified since 1990). The vineyards are fertilized sparingly and exclusively with organic fertilizers. Insecticides, chemical herbicides, and all other synthetic plant protection products are prohibited.
