Their Clos des Soutyères is a splendid discovery. As the estate’s flagship cuvée, it is dominated by the nobility of Syrah (70%), complemented by Grenache Noir and Carignan. A top-tier wine from the ever-promising 2005 vintage—highly recommended… for connoisseurs of fine wines!
