Their Clos des Soutyères is a splendid discovery. The estate's top-of-the-range cuvée, it is dominated by the nobility of Syrah (70%) complemented by Grenache Noir and Carignan. A high-quality wine from the ever-promising 2005 vintage, highly recommended... for lovers of fine wines!
