Their Clos des Soutyères is a splendid discovery. As the estate’s top-of-the-line cuvée, it is dominated by the nobility of Syrah (70%), complemented by Grenache Noir and Carignan. A wine of the highest caliber, from the 2005 vintage—which remains as promising as ever—highly recommended… to connoisseurs of fine wines!
