This purely Mediterranean blend (60% Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Lledoner Pellut) expresses itself in a fresh nose of morello cherry, licorice, and black olive. The palate is concentrated yet crisp, with strawberry, mint, and flint. A fresh, round, and easy-drinking balance for this light wine.

Guide Hachette des vins
Rated estate (2025 guide) Mentioned (Successful wine)
About the estate:
Oenologists Adèle Arnaud and Olivier Gil trained with renowned winemakers before settling in this Haut-Languedoc estate in 2014. They cultivate (organically) 11 hectares of old vines in the Faugères appellation and 4 hectares in the Côtes de Thongue PGI. Manual harvesting and indigenous yeasts are the norm here.

Wine rating (2022 guide) 91/100 (2020 vintage)
Rated estate (2026 guide) Selected (Please note that this guide is a ranking and, as such, all the estates listed in it, even those without stars, represent, in our opinion, the excellence of French production.)
About the estate:
Adèle and Olivier met in Montpellier before working in different areas of Collioure. The call of schist led them to Faugères, more precisely to Fos, where they found pockets of old vines. In less than 10 years, they have become the new face of the appellation and now offer a frank and accurate definition of schist terroirs. Their vines, which are on average over 30 years old, are nestled between 200 and 400 meters above sea level. The different styles of wine are the result of meticulous work on each individual plot, and a conversion to organic farming was begun in 2019. With the 2022 harvest, the couple acquired a new location: a winery on the road to Pézenas, complete with a very comfortable guesthouse.
