About the wine:
The magic of Languedoc whites—which retain their freshness and offer a lively edge—shines through in this vintage from Gard-based winemaker Rémy Pédréno. Smooth and pure, precise and brimming with a refreshing vibrancy, this wine—dominated by Chenin—hits all the right notes with its mouthwatering, radiant texture.
About the estate:
Rémy Pédréno has been based at this 9-hectare estate in the historic Langlade region since 1999, alongside his wife Martine. Having previously worked in the northern Rhône, notably at Domaine Rostaing, this passionate winemaker from Nîmes quickly established himself among the region’s leading producers, crafting elegant, taut, and airy wines on this marl-limestone terroir that has been renowned for centuries. Aging in large oak casks and meticulous management of the lees have taken this estate to a new level, making it an undisputed benchmark today. Jeremy Stevenson joined Martine and Rémy after gaining experience in New Zealand, Alsace, Chile, and Oregon.
