“ Favorite true Favorite this enchanting vintage!”

A great Languedoc wine with a complex and deep nose, opening with aromas of spices, garrigue, and red and black fruits, reminiscent of redcurrants and blackcurrants. On the palate, this red wine is dense, fresh, and well-structured, with a long, spicy finish, full of power and character, supported by silky tannins.

Bettane & Desseauve

Bettane & Desseauve

Rated estate (2025 guide) 1*Star (A serious, recommendable production that lives up to what one would expect from its appellation(s))

About the estate:

"Les Creisses" refers to the pebbles. Philippe Chesnelong took over this family estate in 1990. He is assisted by his cousin, Louis Mitjaville, whose reputation extends far beyond Saint-Émilion. The "Les-Brunes" cuvée generally emphasizes power, while the "Des Creisses" cuvée, which is more approachable, bursts with flavor. A truly excellent choice.
