"Delicious and full of character!"

With this Chardonnay, Catherine Delaunay showcases her Burgundian expertise. The wine is complex and elegant, perfectly balanced between freshness and fruit (apricot, pear). Its delicately oaky aromas unfold subtly, with notes of candied chestnut and praline. Very expressive on the palate with a slightly buttery and lemony finish, this cuvée is a sure bet!

About the estate:

After spending some time in California, winemakers Catherine and Laurent Delaunay, originally from Burgundy, settled in the region in 1991 to launch an ambitious wine trading business focused on varietal wines. The portfolio is overseen by Catherine Delaunay, a true master of her craft who rigorously selects the finest grapes, juices, and terroirs, and crafts the best blends and aging processes.
