Cave de l'Estabel

The main grape varieties found on the Estabel terroirs are Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Rolle, Bourboulenc, Viognier, Terret Bourret, Roussanne, and Marsanne for whites, and Syrah, Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre, Carignan, and Cinsault for reds and rosés.

Estabelproduces wines under the Languedoc, Languedoc Cabrières and Clairette du Languedoc AOPs, highlighting the unique characteristics of their schist terroir. The winery has modern, high-performance facilities where the grapes are vinified separately and with passion.
