The main grape varieties found on the Estabel terroirs include Clairette, White Grenache, Rolle, Bourboulenc, Viognier, Terret Bourret, Roussanne, and Marsanne for the whites; and Syrah, Black Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan, and Cinsault for the reds and rosés.
L'Estabelproduces wines under the Languedoc, Languedoc Cabrières, and Clairette du Languedoc AOP designations, highlighting the distinctive character of their schist-based terroir. The winery features modern, high-performance facilities where the grapes are vinified separately and with passion.
