The main grape varieties found in the Estabel terroirs include Clairette, White Grenache, Rolle, Bourboulenc, Viognier, Terret Bourret, Roussanne, and Marsanne for the whites, and Syrah, Black Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan, and Cinsault for the reds and rosés.
