Note and opinion by Mr. GILLES D. Published on 06/24/2023

You don't need a compass to discover the seductive side of Bermuda. After a supple, sapid attack, this IGP flows easily on the palate with soft, velvety tannins that allow the southern character of its beautiful, juicy flesh to express itself, with flavors of ripe red fruits and spices, on a fresh and fluid structure. Ample and very persistent finish enhanced by a spicy hint of pepper. Well-aged, it can be kept until at least 2026. A joyful cuvée, pure pleasure and easy to drink with its 13% alcohol content throughout the summer, from aperitifs to barbecued meats, especially caramelized Aveyron pork ribs, marinated in paprika and salted soy sauce, served with small zucchini sautéed in olive oil and garlic. However, I would give it a score of 3.9 because a retail price closer to €10 would seem more justified to me.
