"A white wine full of finesse, with a strong character"

“Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, and Terret are blended in this exceptional white wine, vinified partly in tanks and barrels, then aged in oak. The delicate, floral aromas with a hint of vanilla on the nose are complemented by notes of exotic fruits, pear, and menthol on the palate, which is smooth, velvety, and fresh, with a uniquely refined texture. The salty, zesty finish lingers for a very long time, prolonging the pleasure. “Surprisingly fresh,” “distinguished,” “a great wine”—the jury did not hold back in expressing their delight. It will be perfect with pan-seared scallops with citrus.” (Le Guide Hachette 2026).

Wine rated (2026 guide) 90/100

Rated estate (2026 guide): 2 stars (A solid, recommendable wine, though slightly more consistent and uniform than the previous vintage)

About the wine:

These white wines, made from very old vines, combine purity and character. They are well worth discovering.

About the estate:

This little-known estate is located in the Rouveyrolles Valley in the Canet area, east of Clermont l'Hérault. The reds featured here have very refined tannins and are all exceptionally elegant and light on the palate. The whites, made from very old vines, combine purity and character. They are well worth discovering.

Rated wine (2026 guide) 2* Stars (Outstanding wine)

Rated estate (2026 guide) Mentioned (Successful wine)

About the wine:

Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, and Terret are blended in this exceptional white wine, partially vinified in tanks and barrels, then aged in oak. The delicate, floral aromas with a hint of vanilla on the nose give way to notes of exotic fruits, pear, and menthol on the palate, which is smooth, velvety, and fresh, with a uniquely refined texture. The salty, zesty finish prolongs the pleasure for a very long time. “Surprisingly fresh,” “distinguished,” “a great wine”—the jury did not hold back its praise. It will be perfect with pan-seared scallops with citrus.

About the estate:

Founded in 1781, the estate takes its name from the Dourbie, a small river that flows through the vineyard and into the Hérault. Modernized in the early 2000s, the estate spans 34 hectares of vineyards cultivated using organic farming methods.
