“A delicate white wine with a strong character”

“Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, and Terret come together in this exceptional white wine, vinified partly in tanks and barrels, then aged in oak. The delicate, floral aromas with a hint of vanilla on the nose give way to notes of exotic fruit, pear, and menthol on the palate, which is smooth, velvety, and fresh, with a uniquely refined texture. The salty, zesty finish lingers for a very long time. “Surprisingly fresh,” “distinguished,” “a great wine”—the jury did not hide its delight. It will be perfect with pan-seared scallops with citrus.” (Le Guide Hachette 2026).

Wine rated (2026 guide) 90/100

Rated estate (2026 guide) 2*Stars (A solid, recommendable vintage, though slightly more consistent and uniform than the previous one)

About the wine:

These white wines, made from grapes grown on very old vines, combine purity and character. They are well worth discovering.

About the estate:

This little-known estate is located in the Rouveyrolles Valley, in the Canet area east of Clermont-l'Hérault. The reds featured here have very refined tannins and are all exceptionally elegant and light. The whites, made from very old vines, combine purity and character. They are well worth discovering.

About the estate:

Founded in 1781, the estate takes its name from the Dourbie, a small river that flows through the vineyards before emptying into the Hérault. Modernized in the early 2000s, the estate spans 34 hectares of vineyards cultivated using organic farming methods.
