Château de Rives-Blanques
Set in an enchanting, sun-drenched setting, Château de Rives-Blanques boasts breathtaking views of the Pyrenees. In October 2022, the estate was acquired by Pierre Bories, owner of Château Ollieux Romanis, with the aim of preserving the spirit of Rives-Blanques.
Rives-Blanques comprises 22 hectares of Chardonnay, Chenin, and Mauzac and produces white Limoux and sparkling wines. Committed to sustainable viticulture, the estate cultivates its vineyards and produces wine with respect for the environment and is in the final stages of transitioning to organic farming.
Equipped with excellent facilities, Rives-Blanques works with the best coopers in France, as Limoux is the only white wine appellation that requires vinification (fermentation and aging) in oak barrels.
