Château de Rives-Blanques

Rives-Blanques comprises 22 hectares of Chardonnay, Chenin, and Mauzac grapes and produces white Limoux wines and sparkling wines. Committed to sustainable viticulture, the estate works its vines and vinifies its wines with respect for the environment and is in the process of converting to organic farming. 

With its excellent facilities, Rives-Blanques works with the best coopers in France, as Limoux is the only white wine appellation that requires vinification (fermentation and aging) in oak barrels.
