sharing

"This Limoux will transport you to a beautiful world of aromas, a cuvée to be shared over a good meal."

Fresh, mineral, and elegant, this wine combines finesse and richness with a wealth of aromas of roasted pineapple and spices. This Limoux is often compared to a great Burgundy Chardonnay.

Hachette Wine Guide

Guide Hachette des vins

Wine noted (guide 2025) 1*Star (Very successful wine)

About wine:

A pure, floral Chardonnay that plays on the roundness of the grape variety and its affinity with oak barrels, resulting in a delicious, fresh, mellow wine that is ready to drink.

Jancis Robinson

Jancis Robinson

Wine rated (2024 guide) 16,5/20

About wine:

A rich wine with notes of hazelnuts (even slightly caramelized) and hints of fresh garrigue. As with the Chenin Dédicace, the acidity is softer and more discreet than I expected with R-B wines, but there is a firm framework of hazelnuts and walnuts around the fruit, so the texture and structure are very present. A touch of licorice on the finish gives it a pleasant touch.
