Domaine de Cantaussel

Domaine de Cantaussel has been owned by Claude and Jean-Luc Bohler since 1995. This ancient estate is located on the "petit causse", at a medium altitude (300 m), isolated in a garrigue environment, a few kilometers north of Siran, on the western edge of the Hérault department.

Domaine de Cantaussel benefits from a terroir of character: clay-limestone and sandstone soil, stony, arid on the surface, cool at depth, and a topography of small sloping or terraced plots. 2011 marks Domaine de Cantaussel 's transition from integrated to organic viticulture.

Domaine de Cantaussel wines are made according to simple principles: modern means, traditional methods and, above all, respect for the grape, the fruit of the earth, the vine and the work of man.
