“Elegance is the defining characteristic of this wine, which was unanimouslychosen as the jury’s favorite. Delicate and precise, the palate reveals luscious notes of blueberries and red berries, with a perfectly refreshing herbal touch. Following the same theme, with crisp, subtle tannins and lovely acidity, the palate exudes fruit and suppleness, culminating in a finish carried by a hint of stimulating bitterness. Precise, clean, and irresistibly delicious, this is an exemplary and vibrant Minervois.”(Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2020) A fine representative of the appellation!

About the wine:
Elegance is the defining characteristic of this vintage Favorite ed by the jury unanimously. Delicate and precise, the palate reveals luscious notes of blueberries and red berries, with a perfectly refreshing herbal touch. Following the same profile, with crisp, subtle tannins and lovely acidity, the palate exudes fruit and suppleness, culminating in a finish carried by a hint of stimulating bitterness. Precise, clean, and irresistibly delicious, this is an exemplary and vibrant Minervois.
About the estate:
Located in the southeastern part of the Minervois appellation on a particularly hot and arid mourrel terroir, this 30-hectare estate takes its name from a martyr venerated by the great-grandparents who founded the vineyard. Thierry Bonnel joined the estate in 1996 and built a new winery in 2002.
