Château Sainte-Madeleine

Château Sainte-Madeleine is located in the heart of the Château Beaufort vineyards, a family-run estate with a total vineyard area of 117 hectares. This distinctive cuvée takes its roots in the pine forests near the château, where an 8th-century chapel dedicated to Saint Madeleine stands. It consists of a 14-hectare block of vineyards cultivated in the locality known as Sainte-Madeleine—named not only for the vineyards themselves but also for the stream that runs through them and a very ancient Visigothic chapel. The serenity of the site is conducive to meditation and the aging of wines.
