About the wine:
The Cuvée Bleue bears the unmistakable Barroubio signature in its complexity and the delicacy of its aromas: it is an extraordinary garden with heady notes of rose, hawthorn, and linden. Perfect balance, smoothness, and elegance; soft, graceful notes; intensity and refinement; hints of apricot sorbet enlivened by a sprig of mint: a rare harmony.
About the estate:
The family has been based in the Minervois region since the late 15th century. Raymond Miquel, who took over the estate in 2000, cultivates 60 hectares, 31 of which are dedicated to vineyards. A leading producer of Muscat de Saint-Jean-de-Minervois, the estate also offers interesting red wines under the Minervois AOC.
