Perfect balance, smoothness, and elegance; soft, flowing notes; intensity and refinement; hints of apricot sorbet enlivened by a touch of mint: a rare harmony.

About the estate:

The family has been based in the Minervois region since the late 15th century. Raymond Miquel, who took over the estate in 2000, farms 60 ha, 31 ha of which are devoted to vineyards. A leading producer of Muscat-de-Saint-Jean-de-Minervois, the estate also offers interesting red wines under the Minervois AOC.
