Perfect balance, smoothness and elegance, soft and delicate forms, intensity and refinement, evocations of apricot sorbet enlivened with a sprig of mint: a rare harmony.

About the estate:

The family has been established in the Minervois region since the end of the 15th century. Raymond Miquel took over in 2000 and now farms 60 hectares, 31 of which are dedicated to vines. A benchmark for Muscat de Saint-Jean de Minervois, the estate also produces some interesting reds in the Minervois AOC.
