Pays de Cucugnan

IGP Pays de Cucugnan is the appellation for wines produced in a terroir located south of the Aude department in Languedoc, covering only around ten hectares. The soils are schistose and clay-limestone, and the region is home to red and white grape varieties such as Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah, as well as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Viognier.
