Valflaunès Castle
After 10 years exploring the world of wine, including stints in the Rhône Valley, Burgundy, and New Zealand, Fabien Reboul settled in the center of the village of Valflaunès ( 25 km north of Montpellier) in 1998. There, he built a winery and tasting cellar facing Mont Hortus and Pic Saint Loup.

The Château de Valflaunès vineyard is located on ancient scree slopes at the foot of the Château de Montferrand. The 13 hectares of vines are mainly planted with Grenache (5.4 ha) and Carignan (2.5 ha) vines that are around 40 years old, as well as Syrah and other southern grape varieties.

Château de Valflaunès produces eight wines classified as Vin de France, AOC Languedoc, and AOC Pic Saint Loup, with an average production of around 45,000 bottles.
