ripe fruit

Espérance 2019 expresses itself with aromas of ripe fruit on the nose (raspberries, redcurrants, blackberries), notes of garrigue and spicy touches (vanilla, pepper). The palate is silky and refined, with a smooth texture. This red wine is a wonderful accompaniment to tuna tartare or grilled red meat... A full-bodied and generous vintage!

About the estate:

Fabien Reboul established his winery in 1998 in the heart of the village of Valflaunès, on the site of the former menagerie of Baron Jean-Jacques Louis Durand, the first mayor of Montpellier elected in the 18th century. Today, he cultivates a 14-hectare vineyard by hand and without insecticides, which is currently in the process of converting to organic farming.
