About wine:

Vinified and aged in barrels, this complex white wine reveals intense notes of citrus and lychee, accompanied by a hint of oak. Intense and dynamic, the palate is pleasant, combining richness, volume, and freshness. Best enjoyed with food.

About the estate:

Run by the younger generation, Stéphane, Julien, and Vincent Denis, who joined in 2003, 2006, and 2009 respectively, this has been a family business since 1920; originally covering 5 hectares, it now spans 90 hectares. A flagship estate in Haut-Layon, renowned in particular for its red wines, but also very comfortable with white and rosé wines. A (very) safe bet.
