About the estate:
Frédéric Sigonneau has revived the family estate: this newcomer to Chinon cut his teeth working for Antoine Foucault. His six hectares in Cravant are certified organic, without going to extremes such as sulfur-free for most of his vintages. Les Folies-du-Noyer-Vert wines are aged in wood and are intended for short-term aging.

He is committed to managing the vineyard and vinifying the wine in the most natural way possible. The estate is now running at full speed with several distinctive vintages.
