A very pleasant and fresh dry Montlouis-sur-Loire, with floral notes of hawthorn and verbena. The palate is lively, with beautiful energy and a hint of residual sugar. Well-balanced, the finish of this white wine lingers with a hint of licorice. A new wine to try!

About the estate:
After studying at the "Viti" in Beaune and spending two years at Croix Mélier while continuing to work as an actor, Philippe Ivancic took over from Pascal Berthelot in 2017, inheriting 12.5 hectares of vineyards (certified organic since 2022), which he cultivates with his wife Dominique.

About the estate:
Montlouis-sur-Loire is the land that produces fascinating Chenin wines in all their forms: sparkling, dry, delicate, or sweet. It is here that Philippe Weiss and Dominique Ivancic, who have switched careers to become winegrowers, chose to start their project. He was an actor in Paris, she was in charge of microcredit development. After training at the Beaune wine school, they settled in Montlouis in 2017, a year marked by a terrible frost. But the couple kept the faith and, with a great deal of enthusiasm, desire, and hard work, converted the vineyards to organic farming. From the moment they arrived, they produced sincere and honest white wines, whose rough edges add to their charm, with a freedom of tone that is never decadent.
