"This semi-dry wine comes from a vineyard where large birds known as bustards have chosen to nest every year for centuries. The wine itself is a golden Montlouis with green highlights and an expressive nose, blending floral, fruity, and woody notes from the fermentation barrels. Aromas accompanied by candied lemon anda hint of bitterness on the finish in a balanced palate. " (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2020)A bottle that will go wonderfully with festive meals and spicy dishes!

About wine:

This semi-dry wine comes from a vineyard where large birds known as bustards have chosen to nest every year for centuries. As for the wine, it is a golden Montlouis with green highlights and an expressive nose, blending floral, fruity, and woody notes from the fermentation barrels. These aromas are accompanied by candied lemon and a hint of bitterness on the finish, resulting in a well-balanced palate.

About the estate:

After studying at the "Viti" in Beaune and spending two years at La Croix Mélier while continuing to work as an actor, Philippe Ivancic took over from Pascal Berthelot in 2017 and now cultivates 12.5 hectares of vines with his wife Dominique. Currently in the process of converting to organic farming.
