Séverin et Gilles Chollet

Gilles and Séverin Chollet, winemakers following in their father’s footsteps, own an estate spanning more than 12.5 hectares across two communes in the Nièvre region. For over 60 years, this family-run estate has been producing white wines under the Pouilly-sur-Loire and Pouilly-Fumé appellations. The Chollet vineyard benefits from clay-limestone and sandy soils that produce elegant wines characterized by finesse and a fruity mouthfeel. Committed to the environment and a new, more eco-friendly approach to viticulture, the Chollet estate in Pouilly-sur-Loire has gradually transitioned to organic farming and is currently in the process of conversion.
