Séverin and Gilles Chollet
Gilles and Séverin Chollet, winemakers from father to son, own a vineyard spanning over 12.5 hectares across two communes in the Nivernais region. For more than 60 years, this family-run estate has been producing white wines under the Pouilly-sur-Loire and Pouilly-Fumé appellations. The Chollet vineyard benefits from clay-limestone and sandy soils that produce elegant wines with finesse and a fruity mouthfeel. Committed to the environment and a new, more ecological approach to viticulture, the Chollet estate in Pouilly-sur-Loire has gradually transitioned to organic farming and is currently in the process of conversion.
